ZyForge collects the information needed to provide character and scene generation features. This may include prompt selections, free-text character details, scene and background details, generated character data, generated scene data, generated image data, account identifiers, support messages, and basic technical information such as request timing, browser details, and error logs.

How information is used

We use this information to generate character concepts, background concepts, and scene images, display results, troubleshoot issues, improve the app experience, protect the service from abuse, and respond to support requests.

Use from Zybrarium

ZyForge may also be used from inside Zybrarium to create saved book characters. When that happens, character details, prompts, style settings, generated images, account identifiers, and related usage records may be sent between ZyForge and Zybrarium to complete the request, save the character, meter Z-Coin usage, and support troubleshooting.

Z-Coins and usage records

ZyForge uses Z-Coins to meter image generation. We may store allowance state, usage ledgers, action costs, generated image counts, request timing, account identifiers, and related operational metadata to show balances, enforce limits, troubleshoot generation issues, estimate service costs, and detect abuse.

Usage records may include generation type, prompt and input size estimates, generated image counts, model identifiers, estimated provider cost, whether an image was returned, whether Z-Coins were charged, free or bonus Z-Coin debit amounts, remaining allowance, and related metadata. If a generation returns details but no image, ZyForge may record that event for troubleshooting, but the image-generation Z-Coin charge is not deducted.

AI and storage providers

Character prompts, scene prompts, and related inputs may be sent to configured AI providers to produce text and image output. If Firebase or other storage services are configured, generated images and metadata may be stored so the app can retrieve, display, and manage generation results.

Saved images and admin tools

When you save generated characters or scenes, ZyForge may store the image, prompt, selected inputs, generated details, owner identifiers, timestamps, and related metadata. Administrators may view saved images and their details, delete saved images, view user profile and Z-Coin allowance information, reset or add Z-Coins, and delete ZyForge user data when needed for support, moderation, account management, abuse prevention, or service operations.

Aggregate visitor analytics

If you grant analytics consent, ZyForge loads Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page paths, sessions, engagement, device category, referral source, campaign information, and coarse country-level location. Analytics is optional, Global Privacy Control disables it, and you can change your choice through Cookie Settings. We do not send account identifiers, prompts, generated content, saved images, or non-campaign URL query parameters to Google Analytics. Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured for the Zideons Google Analytics property.
